This session takes place online via Zoom every Friday from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
Gentle sequences with alignment-focused static poses and flowing movements plus breathwork and 15 to 20 minutes of meditation practice. Builds physical strength and flexibility as well as tapping into the many benefits of meditation, including stress reduction and the potential for better sleep. Suitable for beginners and more experienced students with options for both.
