This session takes place online via Zoom every Saturday from 9.30am to 10.30am.
A combination of alignment-detailed poses with stretches and slow, flowing movement to build strength and promote flexibility, whilst releasing tension and fostering a sense of connection between body and breath to still the mind. Suitable for beginners and more experienced students. Options and modifications are offered to suit your ability and what’s going on in your body.
